7:30 to 10:00 Breakfast

As you enter the dining room, you will notice that there are tables for two or for six people. Thanks to the spirit of conviviality that often develops among guests, it is easy to opt for a place at a table for six and share a meal with other guests in a pleasantly informal atmosphere.

7:45 to 8:30 Fitness walk

Start your day off on the right foot with a walk along our magnificent trails and meander through pristine forests and rolling hills. This fitness walk will surely get your heart pumping. It is held every morning and is an excellent way to start your day. Who knows? It might become habit forming.

8:35 to 9:10 Outside workout

We are going to work our cardio and our muscles, outside, into the nature. We are going to show you how to work the whole body outside, with fun and pretty much no equipment!

9:30 to 10:10 Anti-stress walk

You are out of time? This walk is right for you! Special techniques will help you focus on yourself and enjoy the here and now. It also allows you to take a well deserved break and free yourself from the daily grind.

10:15 to 11:15 Cardiac coherence

**This workshop is offered only in French; however please feel free to join us!** Cardiac Coherence inducing techniques have been shown to improve the function of the autonomous nervous system. This technique is first choice stress management tool and is becoming a valuable adjuvant to the treatment of any stress-related illnesses. By changing internal chemistry, a state of cardiac coherence has the power to change the perception of situations, to de-dramatize them, to help see them in a more peaceful context. This in turn reduces the stress level associated with the situation, which is better for our health and enhances our quality of life. Studies show that practicing these techniques can improve health, intellectual functions and can improve emotional stability for a more enjoyable life at home and at work. 12:00 to 12:45 Stretching In Warm Water

Water has a beneficial effect on the body. In water, the body weighs only a tenth of its actual weight, so it feels lighter. Water relaxes and has a massaging effect that stimulates the skin, promoting blood circulation. Aqua-stretching in warm water bases itself on relaxation, breathing as well as resting. Stretching in warm water promotes greater range of motion as ligaments, tendons and muscles will offer less resistance. This workshop is given only in french.

12pm to 2pm Lunch

Throughout the years, we have at times questioned whether or not to maintain buffet service at all meals. However, our experience, and also our deepest convictions, has shown that only the buffet has the ability to titillate and encourage visitors to discover new foods and a greater assortment of condiments. This formula has also been preferred because it allows each guest to create their own special dish, all in taking into account the activity they wish to do after their meal. At lunchtime, for example, one who is getting ready to receive a treatment will be happy to put together a light meal from the many choices available at the buffet. Conversely so, at the same meal, a visitor having just completed a session of aqua-aerobics and who will be going on a long hike in the afternoon, will be happy to refuel and all the while make more culinary discoveries! It is to preserve this flexibility and variety that the buffet has been maintained at breakfast and during the evening meal, even though table service is offered.

Yoga , shiatsu, rebirth, do-in, fasciatherapy were part of his professional approach. 8pm to 9pm Stress and Bach Flower essences

**This workshop is offered only in French; however please feel free to join us!** The new and exciting scientific research shows that many genes are activated or deactivated daily by our beliefs, our emotions and attitudes. Repeated emotions can have a negative impact on health by hitting repeatedly and unnecessarily on the same organ. A change or transformation in our perceptions may result a considerable effect in terms of physiology. Meet our naturopath Ilona Dowgiallo . Ilona graduated in 1992 at the Graduate School of Naturopathic Quebec . She also holds a PhD in physics followed by 14 years of research in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Radiobiology CHUS in Sherbrooke . She took additional training in acupuncture, Ayurvedic medicine and teaching in health science (University of Montreal ) . After all these years of research and practice, Ilona offers a unique approach to naturopathic consultation .
