As you enter the dining room, you will notice that there are tables for two or for six people. Thanks to the spirit of conviviality that often develops among guests, it is easy to opt for a place at a table for six and share a meal with other guests in a pleasantly informal atmosphere.

7:45 to 8:30 am Fitness walk

Start your day off on the right foot with a walk along our magnificent trails and meander through pristine forests and rolling hills. This fitness walk, which will surely get your heart pumping, is guided by a kinesiologist. It is held every morning and is an excellent way to start your day. Who knows? It might become habit forming.

8:35 to 9:10 Amplitude et tonicité

You alway don't have time? This walk is right for you! Special techniques will help you focus on yourself and enjoy the here and now. It also allows you to take a well deserved break and free yourself from the daily grind.

10:15 to 11:30 Inflammation silencieuse

L’inflammation silencieuse est à l’origine de majorité de problèmes de santé y compris le cancer et les maladies auto-immunes. Notre alimentation et la santé intestinale jouent un rôle clé dans ce processus. Naturopathie nous offre une aide incontestable pour comprendre et mieux maitriser l’inflammation silencieuse. Venez rencontrer notre naturopathe Ilona Dowgiallo. Ilona a été diplômée en 1992 à l'École Supérieure de Naturopathie du Québec. Elle possède également un Doctorat en physique suivi par 14 ans de recherche dans le département de médecine nucléaire et radiobiologie du CHUS à Sherbrooke. Elle a suivi des formations complémentaires en acupuncture, en médecine ayurvédique et une didactique en science de la santé (Université de Montréal). Après toutes ces années de recherche et de pratique, Ilona propose une approche unique de consultation en naturopathie.

Our guides invite you to take the waters the European way and learn more about the benefits of alternating hot and cold on one’s overall health with the Kneipp approach, among others. Beyond the notion of pleasure and relaxation associated with Nordic spas in Quebec, this activity highlights the positive impact that thermotherapy has on health and quality of life in North-America. 12:00 to 14:00 Lunch

Throughout the years, we have at times questioned whether or not to maintain buffet service at all meals. However, our experience, and also our deepest convictions, has shown that only the buffet has the ability to titillate and encourage visitors to discover new foods and a greater assortment of condiments. This formula has also been preferred because it allows each guest to create their own special dish, all in taking into account the activity they wish to do after their meal. At lunchtime, for example, one who is getting ready to receive a treatment will be happy to put together a light meal from the many choices available at the buffet. Conversely so, at the same meal, a visitor having just completed a session of aqua-aerobics and who will be going on a long hike in the afternoon, will be happy to refuel and all the while make more culinary discoveries! It is to preserve this flexibility and variety that the buffet has been maintained at breakfast and during the evening meal, even though table service is offered.

À 15 heures le jour de votre arrivée, vous êtes conviés au "Vert de bienvenue". Cette rencontre a pour but de vous familiariser avec les lieux et de vous donner les informations nécessaires afin de maximiser les bienfaits et le plaisir de votre séjour au Spa Eastman.

Viniyoga is an approach taught in Quebec by graduates of the Canadian Yoga Centre. Viniyoga takes into account the state of mind, the age, and the living conditions of each individual in order to propose an accessible and personalised practice that provides tangible results. This workshop is given only in french.

18 : 00 Presentation of the menu

Everyday we welcome you to the to the tea room to discover the secrets of our evening meal, including the description of the inspiration dish of the day. A great opportunity to learn more about the basic principles of our tonic cuisine.

20:00 to 21:15 Détecter et prévenir le "Burn Out"

This workshop is offered in French only, however please feel free to join us! If the physical and psychosocial environment is roughly the same for everybody, how is it that everyone is not affected by burn out? How to prevent it? By detecting the risk factors in our own life and by questioning what is hiding behind our attitude/outlook. Come take the test!
