7:30 to 10:00 Breakfast

As you enter the dining room, you will notice that there are tables for two or for six people. Thanks to the spirit of conviviality that often develops among guests, it is easy to opt for a place at a table for six and share a meal with other guests in a pleasantly informal atmosphere.

7:45 to 8:30 Fitness walk

Start your day off on the right foot with a walk along our magnificent trails and meander through pristine forests and rolling hills. This fitness walk, which will surely get your heart pumping, is guided by a kinesiologist. It is held every morning and is an excellent way to start your day. Who knows? It might become habit forming.

8:35 to 9:10 Dynamic Yoga

Dynamic Yoga uses rhythmic repeated movements to prepare the body for genuine stillness in classical yoga postures. It is a complete methodology of somatic self enquiry that comprehensively recalibrates body and mind, action and perception.

9:30 to 10:10 Anti-stress walk

You alway don't have time? This walk is right for you! Special techniques will help you focus on yourself and enjoy the here and now. It also allows you to take a well deserved break and free yourself from the daily grind.

10:15 to 11:15 How to regain your energy

**This workshop is offered only in French; however please feel free to join us!** Discover what is the menu on the food energy oxygen source majeure. It is the vital force which many of us have when they walk , for example, in the forest. Would you believe if we told you that our system also assimilates oxygen directly from our food ? Scientists make the correlation between oxygen deficiency and chronic diseases. Come learn with our naturopath Ilona Dowgiallo on oxygen rich food , the source of good health and great vitality. Ilona graduated in 1992 at the Graduate School of Naturopathic Quebec . She also holds a PhD in physics followed by 14 years of research in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Radiobiology CHUS in Sherbrooke . She took additional training in acupuncture, Ayurvedic medicine and teaching in health science (University of Montreal ) . After all these years of research and practice, Ilona offers a unique approach to naturopathic consultation .

12:00 to 12:45 Stretching In Warm Water

Water has a beneficial effect on the body. In water, the body weighs only a tenth of its actual weight, so it feels lighter. Water relaxes and has a massaging effect that stimulates the skin, promoting blood circulation. Aqua-stretching in warm water bases itself on relaxation, breathing as well as resting. Stretching in warm water promotes greater range of motion as ligaments, tendons and muscles will offer less resistance. This workshop is given only in french.

12:00 to 14:00 Lunch

Throughout the years, we have at times questioned whether or not to maintain buffet service at all meals. However, our experience, and also our deepest convictions, has shown that only the buffet has the ability to titillate and encourage visitors to discover new foods and a greater assortment of condiments. This formula has also been preferred because it allows each guest to create their own special dish, all in taking into account the activity they wish to do after their meal. At lunchtime, for example, one who is getting ready to receive a treatment will be happy to put together a light meal from the many choices available at the buffet. Conversely so, at the same meal, a visitor having just completed a session of aqua-aerobics and who will be going on a long hike in the afternoon, will be happy to refuel and all the while make more culinary discoveries! It is to preserve this flexibility and variety that the buffet has been maintained at breakfast and during the evening meal, even though table service is offered.

At 3PM the day of your arrival, you are invited to our "Vert de bienvenue." This meeting aims to familiarize yourself with the site and give you the information needed to maximize the benefits and enjoyment of your stay at Spa Eastman.

Event organizer, radio an TV host, vineyard tour guide and animator of laughter yoga. Cooking, eating well and being fit is part of her simple pleasures. "I love to feed my body and mind, (as the saying goes so well) and in a world of excess speed is important. Through daily practice of laughter, my health is better off ! " Description laughter yoga: A laughter session is exhilarating and fun. Laughter is your perfect group therapy. As approved Laughter Yoga animator, Line Houde knows that laughter is an ideal activity for groups to expand the spleen, to live a beautiful complicity and just have fun! This activity is focused entirely on laughter, breathing and simple and dynamic exercises. Take the time you recharge group and laughter to forge links between co-workers, friends, family. Try it!

Everyday we welcome you to the to the tea room to discover the secrets of our evening meal, including the description of the inspiration dish of the day. A great opportunity to learn more about the basic principles of our tonic cuisine.
