7:30 to 10:00 Breakfast

As you enter the dining room, you will notice that there are tables for two or for six people. Thanks to the spirit of conviviality that often develops among guests, it is easy to opt for a place at a table for six and share a meal with other guests in a pleasantly informal atmosphere.

7:45 to 8:30 Fitness walk

Start your day off on the right foot with a walk along our magnificent trails and meander through pristine forests and rolling hills. This fitness walk, which will surely get your heart pumping, is guided by a kinesiologist. It is held every morning and is an excellent way to start your day. Who knows? It might become habit forming.

8:35 to 9:10 Sun Salutation - Yoga

Sun Salutation Originally, the Sun Salutation is a morning ritual in honor of the rising sun that will bring energy to the earth, although it is possible to practice the series at any time of the day. Practiced fifteen to twenty minutes a day, the Sun Salutation is sometimes considered equivalent to a full yoga session. **This workshop is offered only in French; however please feel free to join us!** Viniyoga is an approach taught in Quebec by graduates of the Canadian Yoga Centre. Viniyoga takes into account the state of mind, the age, and the living conditions of each individual in order to propose an accessible and personalised practice that provides tangible results.

9:30 to 10:10 Anti-stress walk

You alway don't have time? This walk is right for you! Special techniques will help you focus on yourself and enjoy the here and now. It also allows you to take a well deserved break and free yourself from the daily grind.

10:15 to 11:15 Live in the present and be aware of your body

**This workshop is offered only in French; however please feel free to join us!** We are becoming increasingly aware that we are responsible for our inner states . But how to get out of our old suffering and adopt new attitudes packaging ? Discover the keys to living in the present and why it is vital to live here and now. During this meeting, you will experience several practical tips to stop stress and enjoy the present moment . Presented by Nicole Dumont , a graduate of the Canadian Centre of Yoga (now CTY ) and in 1980 began teaching yoga and various relaxation methods . Meanwhile, she studied psychology, philosophy, relationships, methods of energy healing and dowsing. Although she worked for over 20 years as a speaker, facilitator , author and coach, she always kept a special place for yoga it considers a lifestyle. It transmits with simplicity and passion discoveries that have improved their quality of life .

12:00 to 12:45 Aqua-Yoga

Whether or not you know yoga, come to experience this approach has long been recognized for its benefits in a different environment. Any movement is easier in water.

12:00 to 14:00 Lunch

Throughout the years, we have at times questioned whether or not to maintain buffet service at all meals. However, our experience, and also our deepest convictions, has shown that only the buffet has the ability to titillate and encourage visitors to discover new foods and a greater assortment of condiments. This formula has also been preferred because it allows each guest to create their own special dish, all in taking into account the activity they wish to do after their meal. At lunchtime, for example, one who is getting ready to receive a treatment will be happy to put together a light meal from the many choices available at the buffet. Conversely so, at the same meal, a visitor having just completed a session of aqua-aerobics and who will be going on a long hike in the afternoon, will be happy to refuel and all the while make more culinary discoveries! It is to preserve this flexibility and variety that the buffet has been maintained at breakfast and during the evening meal, even though table service is offered.

Everyday we welcome you to the to the tea room to discover the secrets of our evening meal, including the description of the inspiration dish of the day. A great opportunity to learn more about the basic principles of our tonic cuisine.

20:30 - 21h30 Yoga rooting

**This workshop is offered in French; however please feel free to join us!** Yoga rooting, excellent for being in the present moment, letting go, relax and concentrate. For all levels. Followed by pranayama (techniques of calming and energizing breathing), and a guided meditation. Christina Sergi, Ph.D. yoga master, is an author, lecturer and teacher with near twenty years in teaching yoga, meditation and personal growth. Within those years of teaching, she obtained a Ph.D. in practical spirituality and created workshops to help people experiment their inner most being and connect to their soul-self, the source of all joy, healing and personal accomplishment.
