7:30 to 10:00 Breakfast

As you enter the dining room, you will notice that there are tables for two or for six people. Thanks to the spirit of conviviality that often develops among guests, it is easy to opt for a place at a table for six and share a meal with other guests in a pleasantly informal atmosphere.

7:45 to 8:30 am Fitness walk

Start your day off on the right foot with a walk along our magnificent trails and meander through pristine forests and rolling hills. This fitness walk, which will surely get your heart pumping, is guided by a kinesiologist. It is held every morning and is an excellent way to start your day. Who knows? It might become habit forming.

8:35 to 9:10 Cardio boxing

This activity will allow you to physically work yourself, cardiovascularly as well as muscularly. So come and let everything out in this class inspired with mouvements from boxing.

9:30 to 10:10 Anti-stress walk

You alway don't have time? This walk is right for you! Special techniques will help you focus on yourself and enjoy the here and now. It also allows you to take a well deserved break and free yourself from the daily grind.

10:15 to 11:30 Posture and balance

Adopt a good posture by becoming aware of mechanisms of your body. Also see the repercussions of your posture on your body. Practice of the balance by some simple exercises.

12:00 to 12:45 Initiation To Hammam Bath

Discover the secret that the Scandinavian people have known for centuries: the Hamman. Alternate between a soothing steam bath, known as the Hammam, and an invigorating snow bath (or inside our pond). You will definitely feel the benefits of thermotherapy throughout your body. Dare to feel great! (bathing suit required)

12:00 to 14:00 Lunch

Throughout the years, we have at times questioned whether or not to maintain buffet service at all meals. However, our experience, and also our deepest convictions, has shown that only the buffet has the ability to titillate and encourage visitors to discover new foods and a greater assortment of condiments. This formula has also been preferred because it allows each guest to create their own special dish, all in taking into account the activity they wish to do after their meal. At lunchtime, for example, one who is getting ready to receive a treatment will be happy to put together a light meal from the many choices available at the buffet. Conversely so, at the same meal, a visitor having just completed a session of aqua-aerobics and who will be going on a long hike in the afternoon, will be happy to refuel and all the while make more culinary discoveries! It is to preserve this flexibility and variety that the buffet has been maintained at breakfast and during the evening meal, even though table service is now offered.

16:00 to 16:45 Discover Personalized Yoga

Viniyoga is an approach taught in Quebec by graduates of the Canadian Yoga Centre. Viniyoga takes into account the state of mind, the age, and the living conditions of each individual in order to propose an accessible and personalised practice that provides tangible results. This workshop is given only in french.

17:00 to 18:00 Cocktail

Join us for a cocktail at the Salon de thé and discover our large selection of organic wines. Starting at $7 a glass.

18:00 to 20:00 Dinner

As you enter the dining room, you will notice that there are tables for two or for six people. Thanks to the spirit of conviviality that often develops among guests, it is easy to opt for a place at a table for six and share a meal with other guests in a pleasantly informal atmosphere. However, if you prefer to have your dinner in tête-à-tête with a loved one, a friend or simply with yourself, you can reserve a table in advance, to suit your needs, by signing your name in the reservations booklet that is conveniently placed on the table in La Grande Allée.
