The Ermitage
Located in a secluded part of the forest, this private refuge is perfect for one or two people seeking tranquility and silence. For a complete “nature experience”, Ermitage offers ecological toilet, and a fireplace to warm the atmosphere.
The Pavilion's History

L’Ermitage is an old fashioned cabin that has no running water. People truly appreciate that feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. Clients can tune into nature and better listen to the sounds of real life: the tiny footsteps of a squirrel scampering on the roof, the wind rustling the leaves, a rain drop.
As is the rule in the other pavilions, the chambermaids tidy up L’Ermitage daily. They bring water and make sure that the wood stove is radiating a cosy warmth for the guest’s arrival.
L’Ermitage has a comfortable den where a guest can relax in front of the slow burning wood stove. On the first floor, there is a small area at the back of the den that is often used for writing. Even though there is a convenient chemical toilet hidden in a small room within the cottage, there is also an authentic 1900's out-house much like those you would have found on farms of that period. On the mezzanine there is a large comfy bed adjacent to a window offering a splendid view of the forest. When lying on the bed the guest can contemplate nature or simply admire the trees and birds.
