"Performance Sante" Program

Medisys Health Group and Spa Eastman have developed Performance Sante executive retreat programs to educate busy professionals about areas in their life that need improvement and to empower them with the recommendations and tools needed to take their health into their own hands. The programs run over the course of 2, 5 or 7 days and focus primarily on reducing stress, changing poor habits and increasing overall health.

The Performance Santé program starts with a comprehensive health assessment at Medisys Health Group in order to get an accurate snapshot of the client’s current health status and to identify areas for improvement. Upon completion of the Medisys assessment, clients will then make their way to Spa Eastman to be greeted by a health coach whose mandate is to immerse the client in health and wellness for a few days. Clients will consult with a nutritionist and kinesiologist to develop an action plan to address the issues that have been identified in the Medisys health assessment and they will benefit from a personalized program of spa treatments designed to increase relaxation and reduce stress.
