Guest can chose from a variety of meals all prepared with high-quality products –fresh organic produce, complete stone-ground flours, maple syrup and honey as sweeteners, etc.– our Chef takes pride in proposing menus for all tastes: with meat, vegetarian meals and many of the recepies are prepared according to blood types for those following our detox programs.
Our gourmet spa cuisine is par-excellence with many of our menus featured in our award winning cookbook “ Le Spa Eastman à votre table”.
