Frequently asked questions > Previsit info
- Does my private health insurance cover treatments and care offered by Spa Eastman?
Several or our treatments (massage therapy, naturopathy, psychotherapy, kinesiology / personal training) may be covered by your insurance plan. Contact your insurance representative for information.
- How to make the most of my Spa Vacation?
To fully appreciate your stay with us and the many activities we offer, it is a good idea to opt for at least three nights at the spa. Little by little, as relaxation settles within your mind and body, you will actually feel the great benefits of your journey. Stays of five to seven nights encourage you even more to maintain the improved quality of life from which you have benefited. It allows new knowledge and good habits to start becoming a way of life, as your body responds to this new way of being. “Inducing lasting effects from the pleasure of your stay” is our motto.
- What should I bring?
Make sure you have comfortable outdoor clothes, according to the season. Bring one (better yet, make it two!) bathing suit, and fitness clothing for indoor activities. Casual & comfortable clothing are the best to enjoy a perfect stay. Don't forget your flip flops, a reusable bottle of water if you already have one... but you're invited to let your lap top & cell phones behind: you're on vacations!
- At what time must I be there?
Check-in is at 2 p.m. in order to make sure you are on time for the welcoming session and for your first treatment, if it's scheduled that afternoon.
