This weekend yoga retreat will focus on a style of yoga called Yoga Flow (or vinyasa flow). Yoga Flow connects flowing movement and breath in order to calm the mind while opening and strengthening the body. We will practice together outside on our personal yoga deck overlooking the pools and mountains (weather permitting; indoor studio if not). The relaxed schedule leaves ample time to enjoy the spa's facilities.This style of Yoga Flow is appropriate for all levels of students. Beginners are given lots of support and advanced students are given opportunities to deepen their practice.
You will leave the retreat feeling stronger, calmer, and refreshed.
Meghan Chisholm owns Shine Yoga Studio near Cornwall, Ontario. Her style of teaching is a unique blend of flowing movement, strength, and deep relaxation. She knows that yoga has the power to strengthen the body and heal the spirit. She loves to share her passion for yoga with all of her students.
