Your Presenters:

Sandra Reich M.Ed is the Clinical Director of the Montreal Center for Anxiety and Depression. She has been working in the field of Behavioral and Eclectic Therapy for over 10 years. She is a well known specialist in anxiety, depression, self esteem, emotional work and relationships. She has dedicated her life to understanding behaviors, human nature, our love lives and our relationships in general. Sandra uses a holistic approach combining many modalities in understanding and mastering human dynamics. She has done extensive training in these areas and has been featured on Discovery Health Channel, Bravo and Global as an expert on these topics. Her latest show "Working it Out Together" can be currently seen on the APTN network. She holds a Master’s degree (with honours) in Counselling Psychology from McGill University.

Maïté Gomez holds a degree in Psychology (UdeM 1993), a degree in Psycho-Corporelle Intégrée ( Body-mind counselling- Hito 1999), as well as being a Licensed Massage Therapist (Shiatsu & Swedish- Guijek 2000) and an Energy expert. She has dedicated her life to understand the body-mind-spirit connection & the natural healing processes through different modalities. Maïté is versed in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Integrated Body-Psychology, Biomechanic Bodywork and Assisted Self Study ( Zen approach into counseling & emotional healing using mindfulness & loving presence).
