When I made my reservation for this stay, I had plenty of choice: Relaxation & Vitality package, Relaxation & Fitness, Signature package… But I chose the cure instead. I guess I knew I needed it.
I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Spa Eastman. I had chosen the 30th anniversary package, “Initiation to a cure”. And did enjoyed every minute of it.
Not only is it simple, energizing and free, but walking also has positive impacts on global health. The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research found that “walking three miles (something like five kilometres) a day, five days a week, reduces women’s risk of heart disease by up to 18 percent”.
