First place for Spa Eastman’s Tonique CuisineTM at the Global Culinary Travel Awards 2022

Spa Eastman has received numerous awards for its unique wellness offering. It’s now Tonique Cuisine’sTM turn to be the recipient of an international award. The jury at the World Food Travel Association awarded first place to Spa Eastman’s restaurant in the Best Emphasis on Wellness & Health in Culinary Travel category. This award strengthens Spa Eastman’s position as a leader in wellness travel in Canada.

Since 1977, Spa Eastman has been demonstrating the importance of food on physical and psychological health. Based on scientific research, its team has chosen to integrate principles aiming to offer a gourmet wellness experience, without sacrificing taste or pleasure. With its establishment’s touristic vocation, Spa Eastman’s restaurant offers a lot more than an excellent meal. Tonique CuisineTM was born in the 70s. At the age of 22, President and Co-Founder Jocelyna Dubuc discovered the healing properties of food on her health problems. Over the years, she surrounded herself with experts and food enthusiasts to achieve the impossible: creating a cuisine that’s just as tasty as it is nutritious. For around 10 years, Chef and Nutritherapist Jean-Marc Enderlin and his team have been fulfilling this promise.
