Homemade Green Salad

Did you know that mesclun is a mix of greens that can easily become a detox salad that will not only delight your eyes and your taste buds, but is also good for your health?

Bursting with vitamins and minerals, a mesclun blend that makes use of the ingredients below can help eliminate toxins from the body and support the immune system.


  • Dandelion leaves
  • Horseradish leaves
  • Spinach
  • Stonecrop
  • Green and red sorrel leaves
  • Amaranth leaves
  • Arugula
  • Parsley

Homemade lemongrass vinaigrette

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup tamari sauce
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Xanthan gum

Mix the lemon juice, tamari sauce and xanthan gum. Drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil. Pour the desired amount over the salad and keep the rest in the fridge.
