One-day retreat

The full amount will be invoiced on the day of service.

Cancellation
  • 24 hours or more: No charge.
  • Less than 24 hours: No charge for cancelled baths or meals, but the treatment will be billed in full (taxes included).
Treatment only

  • Less than 24 hours: billed in full (taxes included).
All-inclusive package
Deposit
  • Reservations within 6 months or less: Full payment (100%) required to guarantee reservation.
  • Reservations more than 6 months in advance: Payment in two payments. A first payment of 50% at the time of booking, and the balance up to 30 days before the arrival date, at the customer’s convenience. Any additional balance is due on the day of departure.
Cancellation and refund
  • Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: No charge.
  • Cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the fee is refunded. The remaining balance is retained for your next stay.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the package fee will be charged.
  • Early departure or unused portion of package: No refund or adjustment.
