In these exceptional circumstances, we have taken steps to innovate, adopting stricter health measures to give you even more peace of mind during your stay. A number of measures have been implemented so that we can welcome you while ensuring your safety and that of our employees. That said, we will try to minimize the impact on your experience with us. For now, a minimum three-night stay will be required.
It is possible to visit for a treatment only.
An Enhanced Customer Experience
Your stay
We will be taking reservations by phone starting Monday, June 1 at 9 a.m. Until then, it is possible to leave a voicemail with the reception desk. As always, payment is due in full prior to arrival and we prefer payment by debit or credit card.
Contactless Check-In
A member of our team will greet you individually in a contactless manner at the spa entrance and will provide useful information to help you make the most of your stay with us.
Cleaning
To minimize contact, daily housekeeping services have been temporarily suspended. Fresh robes and towels will be available at the reception desk upon request.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in common areas. In addition, all rooms and treatment equipment will be thoroughly disinfected between clients.
Our restaurant
Although our dining room is now open since June 15th, we wish to offer you an equally enjoyable culinary experience. All of your meals will be available to go or will be served in your room. Depending on the meal, you will have the option of enjoying an outdoor picnic at our enchanting site.
New Activities Available
In order to respect physical distancing guidelines and take advantage of nature and its greatest tonic, oxygen, all activities will be offered outdoors.
Enjoy a stroll along our 15 kilometres of nature hiking trails spread across 326 acres or take a dip in the pond.
Treatments Offered
The majority of our treatments will be available. Wearing a mask will be mandatory during massages. Therapists will also be wearing masks and protective eyewear and will adhere to the new health guidelines.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11 a.m. and can be contactless. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
At All Times
Social distancing of two meters must be maintained at all times during your stay.
Hand sanitizing stations will be available at various locations throughout the site.
Wearing a mask is mandatory. We suggest that you bring one with you.
Flexible Policies
In these uncertain times, our cancellation policy remains unchanged. However, we will be flexible depending on how the situation evolves.
