Cancellation policy
The following penalties apply:
15 days before the reservation: the total amount of the stay is refunded to the customer.
Between 15 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the costs are reimbursed to the customer. The balance is kept on file for a future stay.
Within 24 hours of arrival: 100% of the package fee is billed to the customer.
