The Discovery Evening is the perfect opportunity to refocus and enjoy an exceptional moment, close to home. Immerse yourself in tranquility, revitalize your body, and leave with concrete tools for taking care of yourself every day. Every evening, our team of experts – coaches, yoga teachers, psychologists, nutrition specialists and naturopaths – offer you tools to guide you towards lasting well-being. During our Discovery Evenings, enjoy enriching lectures, before and after dinner, with the possibility of extending the discussion around the meal in the company of the host, if you wish!

The evening continues in style with the evening table d’hôte. On the menu, you’ll find jumbo shrimp marinated on a shellfish bisque with cashew cream, brown rice noodles, vegetable tagliatelle, raw oil flavored with paprika and dill, or duck breast flavored with Sichuan berries and ginger with parsnip and yellow beet cream, apple condiment and sesame walnut oil.

Suggested schedule
- 3:30 p.m.: Arrival and check-in
- 4:00 p.m.: Welcome visit and discovery of the thermal baths and facilities
- 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Conference or wellness workshop (see daily schedule)
- 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Tonique Cuisine® dinner
- 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Conference or wellness workshop (see daily schedule)
- 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Free time to enjoy the facilities

Can I enjoy the baths only (thermal experience)?
No, our package includes a meal and a treatment for a complete and balanced experience.
From what age can children access the facilities?
The thermal experience is available from age 12. Treatments, however, are offered to guests aged 16 and older.
What is included in the price of a Discovery Evenings?
The access includes

- Unlimited access to the day’s workshops and conferences, as well as to the thermotherapy facilities, trails and gym.
Is it possible to add a treatment to my package?
Our therapists are available until 5pm. If you would like to add a treatment to your Discovery Evening for an additional fee, please contact us at 450-297-3009 to check availability for the end of the day.

We often have last-minute availability, so don’t hesitate to call us a few days before your preferred date. However, booking in advance will ensure your place for dinner at the restaurant.
