- 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Massage, body treatment, beauty treatment or consultation (see available treatments)
- 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Lunch
- 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Free time to enjoy the facilities, forest trails or on-site activities
- 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Evening conference

Can I enjoy the baths only (thermal experience)?
No, our package includes a meal and a treatment for a complete and balanced experience.
From what age can children access the facilities?
The thermal experience is available from age 12. Treatments, however, are offered to guests aged 16 and older.

What treatment can I take?
You can choose a treatment from those on the menu. If you wish, you can also select another treatment or consultation for a small additional charge.
If you want to exchange your treatment for something else, we have the “Neurospa – Energizing power nap” and “Light from head to toe (lymphatic drainage with pressotherapy boots)” duo that can help you relax!
Do massage therapists provide receipts for insurance purposes?
Yes, our massage therapists issue insurance receipts so you can get reimbursed according to the terms of your insurance policy.

Do I need to book?
Yes, reservations are required for this package. Book via our receptionists at 450 297-3009.
We often have last-minute availability, so don’t hesitate to call us a few days before your preferred date. However, please note that booking in advance will allow you to have a greater variety of treatments available.
Is it possible to book this package online?

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
Deposit
The full amount will be invoiced on the day of service.
Cancellation
- 24 hours or more: No charge.
- Less than 24 hours: No charge for cancelled baths or meals, but the treatment will be billed in full (taxes included).
