Optimise your detox with the help of the trampoline and the swiss ball! The ''bouncing'' technique will help your lymphatic system to circulate better, helping eliminating toxins. Kasia is in our kinesiologist’s team since 2014. Wanting to enhance the importance of her first passion, yoga, she decided to complete her bachelor of kinesiology and well-being program at University of Sherbrooke. Yoga teacher since 2008, Essentrics teacher and Thai massage practitioner (joint mobilization, soft stretching and pressure), she’s interested in therapeutic movements. She’s very passionate of general well-being and she will help you to find different tools to brighten your lifestyle. Thoughtful and open hearted, she will take care of both your body and spirit!

Forest Bathing
You are cordially invited to a workshop of contemplation and relaxation in a forest environment. Allow yourself this space-time to slow down and connect to the elements of nature through your senses. More and more research is showing the beneficial effects of a forest immersion. These include a decrease in hypertension, positive changes in the nervous system, mental clarity, feeling of harmony with oneself and the environment. Welcome everyone! Stretching and thermotherapy
Mix stretchings and thermotherapy to relax! A kinesiologist will have the pleasure to guide you in the Finnish or Hammam sauna with stretchings which will calm your tensions caused by stress. To end the cycle, you will go for a paddle into the cold water to take advantage of a regenerative rest.

At 3PM the day of your arrival, you are invited to our "Vert de bienvenue." This meeting aims to familiarize yourself with the site and give you the information needed to maximize the benefits and enjoyment of your stay at Spa Eastman. It is followed by the tasting of our famous green smoothie, which has also given its name to the tour "Vert de Bienvenue" means green welcome!

Anti-stress walk
During this slow and meditative walk, you will explore specific techniques that will help you inhabit your body more and get in touch with yourself. A great way to detach from mental agitation, soothe the nervous system and better manage stress : it's told that this class is worth a treatment!

**Workshop offered in French only, however feel free to join us!** Venez rencontrer Stéphanie Chabot, esthéticienne au Spa Eastman, dans un atelier de maquillage professionnel. Grâce à son expérience ainsi qu'à la ligne de cosmétiques Jane Iredale, Stéphanie vous fera la démonstration que la confection d'un maquillage de soirée peut être simple à réaliser. À la suite de cet atelier, vous serez outillés dans l'application d'un maquillage qui illuminera votre regard. À vos pinceaux!
