Looking for a good way to add energy to your training, well this is it! Cardio Tonus aims at providing good muscle tone and aerobic capacity. It is essentially alternating intervals of cardio and body weight training. These exercises can be adapted to any physical conditions; from light to intense movements that helps add the dynamic to your session and to begin the day with a good sweat!

Soft Yoga with Amélie
Yoga is a discipline that is more than a thousand years old and has traditionally been practiced in India. The yogic art of living includes several areas: meditation, breaths, mantras, philosophy, diet and of course asanas (postures), also called Hatha Yoga. Since the end of the 20th century, yogic culture has travelled and adapted to Europe, America and then around the world. Today, several schools of thought exist. However, they have one thing in common: the experience of union between body, mind and heart. Enjoy a relaxing experience with Amélie. Currently a student at the Bachelor of Kinesiology program at the Université de Sherbrooke, Amélie has always been passionate about general health and well-being, the choice of the Spa has naturally established itself as a work environment since it allows her to share her meditation technique, her yoga practice and her knowledge of nutrition and health on a daily basis. Sensitive to everything around her, she will guide you towards a lifestyle that suits you and that will bring you lightness, confidence and joie de vivre.

At 3PM the day of your arrival, you are invited to our "Vert de bienvenue." This meeting aims to familiarize yourself with the site and give you the information needed to maximize the benefits and enjoyment of your stay at Spa Eastman. It is followed by the tasting of our famous green smoothie, which has also given its name to the tour "Vert de Bienvenue" means green welcome!

The Qi Gong comes from ancient China. It's practice is based on breathing, vital energy and the sequence of slow movements. Accessible to all, you will learn in this initiation how to practice the Baduanjin, one of the primal form of Qi Gong.
