- 8:00 a.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Breakfast
- 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.: Morning workshop (see daily calendar)
- 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Massage, body treatment, beauty treatment or consultation (see available treatments)
- 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Lunch
- 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. : Free time to enjoy the facilities or activities on site
- 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. : Evening activity
- 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Dinner
- 8:00 p.m.: Return to room or evening conference

What is included in the Cocooning package price?

What treatments can I take?
You can choose a treatment from those on the menu. If you wish, you can also select another treatment or consultation for a small additional charge.
Do massage therapists provide receipts for insurance purposes?
Yes, our massage therapists issue insurance receipts so you can get reimbursed according to the terms of your insurance policy.
How do I get to Spa Eastman by public transit?
Several bus departures leave from Montreal or Quebec City each day. We suggest you get to the Magog terminus (exit 115 off Highway 10), then take a bus to Spa Eastman (Taxi Magog Orford, about 15 minutes).
Can I exchange my treatments for something else?
Absolutely! We’ve got plenty of options!
We have the “Neurospa – Energizing power nap” and “Light from head to toe (lymphatic drainage with pressotherapy boots)” duo that can help you relax!
You can also take advantage of this opportunity to discover the many consultations for which the Spa is renowned, and to take a more in-depth look at your health. Our kinesiologists and naturopaths will be delighted to meet you and offer you their expertise.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most of the time, we have several rooms available, whether several weeks in advance, the day before arrival or even the same day. Enter your preferred dates online to see which rooms are available. If there are no rooms showing, don’t hesitate to contact us in an e-mail or by phone; our team works miracles and will be delighted to assist you. However, please note that booking in advance will allow you to have a greater variety of treatments available.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many people stay at Spa Eastman on their own. Thanks to all the activities on offer and the dinners at the communal table, it doesn’t take long to bond with other visitors. It’s an opportunity to enjoy a rejuvenating getaway, relax and meet new people.
What is the cancellation and deposit policy?
Cancellation and refund
- Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: No charge.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the fee is refunded. The remaining balance is retained for your next stay.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the package fee will be charged.
- Early departure or unused portion of package: No refund or adjustment.
Deposit
- Reservations within 6 months or less: Full payment (100%) required to guarantee reservation.
- Reservations more than 6 months in advance: Payment in two payments. A first payment of 50% at the time of booking, and the balance up to 30 days before the arrival date, at the customer’s convenience. Any additional balance is due on the day of departure.
