This package includes :
- One (1) welcome session with a health coach, including familiarization with the facilities, setting goals and planning the week’s program.
- Two (2) naturopathy appointments with one of our naturopaths: Ilona Dowgiallo, Dr. in physics, or Manon Viger, for evaluation of stress levels, body acidity, etc.
- Three (3) private consultations with different experts. One (1) 60-minute physical condition evaluation and one (1) 60-minute personalized program consultation with a kinesiologist and one (1) 90-minute holistic coaching or hypnotherapy consultation.
- One (1) 60-minute massage of your choice, valued at $105
- One (1) concluding session with a review of your goals, a look back at your week and the drafting of your personal contract.

What is included in the Health Immersion package price?
The package includes

What treatments can I take?
You can choose a treatment from those on the menu. If you wish, you can also select another treatment or consultation for a small additional charge.
Do massage therapists provide receipts for insurance purposes?
Yes, our massage therapists issue insurance receipts so you can get reimbursed according to the terms of your insurance policy.
What are the opening hours of thermotherapy facilities?
Thermotherapy facilities are open every day from 8am to 10pm for visitors and retreat guests.
Is WiFi included in the rooms?
WiFi is included only in rooms in the Main Pavilion and Oasis pavilions. Make the most of your stay by adding the Digital detox. If you manage to hold out for your entire stay, we’ll reward you with a 30-minute power nap.
What meals are included during my stay?
All meals are included in the price of your stay (tip included), from the moment you arrive until your departure. This includes: dinner on your arrival day, three meals for each day of your stay, and breakfast and lunch on your departure day.
How do I get to Spa Eastman by public transit?
Several bus departures leave from Montreal or Quebec City each day. We suggest you get to the Magog terminus (exit 115 off Highway 10), then take a bus to Spa Eastman (Taxi Magog Orford, about 15 minutes).
Can I exchange my treatments for something else?
Absolutely! We’ve got plenty of options!
We have the “Neurospa – Energizing power nap” and “Light from head to toe (lymphatic drainage with pressotherapy boots)” duo that can help you relax!
You can also take advantage of this opportunity to discover the many consultations for which the Spa is renowned, and to take a more in-depth look at your health.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Most of the time, we have several rooms available, whether several weeks in advance, the day before arrival or even the same day. Enter your preferred dates online to see which rooms are available. If there are no rooms showing, don’t hesitate to contact us in an e-mail or by phone; our team works miracles and will be delighted to assist you. However, please note that booking in advance will allow you to have a greater variety of treatments available.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many people stay at Spa Eastman on their own. Thanks to all the activities on offer and the dinners at the communal table, it doesn’t take long to bond with other visitors. It’s an opportunity to enjoy a rejuvenating getaway, relax and meet new people.
What is the cancellation and deposit policy?
Cancellation and refund
- Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: No charge.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the fee is refunded. The remaining balance is retained for your next stay.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the package fee will be charged.
- Early departure or unused portion of package: No refund or adjustment.
Deposit
- Reservations within 6 months or less: Full payment (100%) required to guarantee reservation.
- Reservations more than 6 months in advance: Payment in two payments. A first payment of 50% at the time of booking, and the balance up to 30 days before the arrival date, at the customer’s convenience. Any additional balance is due on the day of departure.
