All rooms in the Main Pavilion and Oasis include Wi-Fi (ideal for all telecommuting tasks, including videoconferencing) and a desk with chair. You can also work in common areas such as our luminous bistro and cosy lounge.

- 7:00 a.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Breakfast
- 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Return to room to work and attend meetings
- 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Lunch
- 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Work session in the bistro
- 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Evening activity (see daily calendar)
- 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Tonique Cuisine® Dinner
- 8:00 p.m.: Free time to enjoy the facilities and return to your room

What is included in the Teleworking mode package price?
The package includes
- Accommodation in a Superior or Oasis room with Wi-Fi
- Three delicious Tonique Cuisine® tables d’hôte a day (tip included)
- Unlimited access to the day’s workshops and conferences, as well as to the thermotherapy facilities, trails and gym.
Do all rooms include Wi-Fi?
No. Main Pavilion and Oasis rooms only include this service. For this reason, the Teleworking package is only available in these pavilions.
What meals are included during my stay?
All meals are included in the price of your stay (tip included), from the moment you arrive until your departure. This includes: dinner on your arrival day, three meals for each day of your stay, and breakfast and lunch on your departure day.
What are the opening hours of thermotherapy facilities?
Thermotherapy facilities are open every day from 8am to 10pm for visitors and retreat guests.
Where can I work?
All our rooms are equipped with a desk and chair. This means you can work directly from your room, ideal for concentrating or for a videoconference meeting. If you need a change of scenery, why not take a seat in our bright Bistro or near the warm fireplace in our Salon.
Can I add treatments to my stay?
Absolutely. If you wish, you can add treatments and consultations to your stay, at an additional cost.

How do I get to Spa Eastman by public transit?
Several bus departures leave from Montreal or Quebec City each day. We suggest you get to the Magog terminus (exit 115 off Highway 10), then take a bus to Spa Eastman (Taxi Magog Orford, about 15 minutes).
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most of the time, we have several rooms available, whether several weeks in advance, the day before arrival or even the same day. Enter your preferred dates online to see which rooms are available. If there are no rooms showing, don’t hesitate to contact us in an e-mail or by phone; our team works miracles and will be delighted to assist you.
What is the cancellation and deposit policy?
Cancellation and refund
- Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: No charge.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the fee is refunded. The remaining balance is retained for your next stay.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the package fee will be charged.
- Early departure or unused portion of package: No refund or adjustment.
Deposit
- Reservations within 6 months or less: Full payment (100%) required to guarantee reservation.
- Reservations more than 6 months in advance: Payment in two payments. A first payment of 50% at the time of booking, and the balance up to 30 days before the arrival date, at the customer’s convenience. Any additional balance is due on the day of departure.
