- Conscious breathing exercises: Breathing exercises, sometimes accompanied by visualizations, are proposed to calm the mental state, anchor oneself in full presence and initiate relaxation.
- Body exploration: Depending on your needs, you’ll be guided through sensorimotor exercises and sensory gymnastics, enriched where necessary by assisted fascia gliding (with or without support points), therapeutic sounds and the integration of natural rhythms.
